I found two ways that you can edit other igloos:
The first way:
1) Go on clubpenguin.com and log in on your penguin.
2) Next you go to your igloo and click on the door then quickly click on the tape measure so you begin to edit your room.
3) Wait for the map to appear and click on member igloos4) Then try to move the furniture in whoever’s igloo you’re inNOTE: It won’t save. The owner will not see any furniture getting moved. And if you get out of that igloo and get back in, it won’t be the way you left it.
The second way:
NOTE: You must be a secret agent for this way to work.
1) Go on clubpenguin.com and log in on your penguin.
2) Next you go to your igloo and click on the tape measure
3) Then you click on your penguin, click on the spy phone, then click on the “Visit HQ” button.
4) Go to anyone’s igloo, then try to move the furniture in whoever’s igloo you’re in
